Building Construction

With the EPIQR process it is possible to efficiently record and evaluate the structural condition of all kinds of existing buildings. Therefore it is sufficient to consider only the most cost-relevant elements in order to achieve reliable results. To get a better overview these are also assigned to a so-called building component. One of these components is the “building construction”, which includes all elements that are part of the outer shell. For example also the thermal insulation of the facade, windowsills, the supporting structure, roofing or building access.
