Catalogue of Measures

Using the EPIQR process, the constructional state of existing buildings can be easily and also efficiently analyzed. As a result the most important elements of each building are assessed according to their actual state. Based on each element’s condition, the software for real estate evaluation then automatically proposes market-standard maintenance measures. This is done reliably with the help of the so-called catalogue of measures. Furthermore, the relevant maintenance costs are also being calculated by the system.
