Circular Diagram

All elements of existing buildings that are captured with the EPIQR process are sorted according to building components. This is also graphically shown in the so-called circular diagram. Their condition, which can range from “A”, indicating good condition, to “D”, indicating the end of lifecycle, is also displayed as a bar. A longer bar means worse results in the respective condition assessment. Thus the strengths and also weaknesses of the existing building can be identified at a single glance. On this basis it is then possible to plan the necessary maintenance measures.
