Condition Description

The stocktaking of real estate with the EPIQR process evaluates the structural elements of existing buildings according to their state (“A” to “D”). From this state, the usually to be taken measures for maintenance are then automatically derived. For this purpose, the software for real estate evaluation contains an elaborate condition description for each of these elements. This forms the basis for a consistent, objective evaluation that is also independent of the individual. The respective descriptions of the condition are also linked to appropriate maintenance measures.
