Cost Calculation according to German Norm DIN 276

The German norm DIN 276 is entitled “Building Costs”. It serves to standardize cost calculation of construction projects and also to determine remuneration for engineers and architects. It structures interrelated costs into cost groups. Of those the cost group 300 and cost group 400 can be summarized as so-called construction works costs. This detailed structure facilitates invitations to bid on maintenance measures and also offers a practical basis for obtaining bids when procuring construction work. With the software for real estate evaluation, determined measures and costs can be evaluated according to the cost calculation DIN 276.
