Cost Catalogue

The software for real estate evaluation automatically calculates the costs of maintenance measures for existing buildings. This is done based on the results of the assessment of existing buildings with the EPIQR process. Furthermore the system also uses an extensive cost catalogue. This is saved in the system’s data base and usually updated annually. These costs contained reflect the current average construction costs. Thus the planning of maintenance measures takes place with the portfolio`s actual needs and also weaknesses in mind.
