Cost Group 300

Cost group 300, namely construction work – structural design, appears within the framework of cost calculation according to the German norm DIN 276. It covers the cost of construction work and supplies necessary for the construction minus the technical installations. At the second level, it includes exterior walls, interior walls, ceilings and roofs, among other components. Together with cost group 400 cost group 300 covers construction work costs.

The measures and costs determined with the EPIQR process can also be evaluated according to the cost groups of DIN 276.
