Cost Group 400

Cost group 400 appears within the framework of cost calculation according to the German norm DIN 276. It covers the costs of all built-in, connected or permanently connected technical systems or plant components. At the second level, it includes heat producing appliances, ventilation systems, and building automation, among other components. Together with cost group 300 cost group 400 covers construction work costs.

The maintenance measures and costs determined with the EPIQR process can be also evaluated according to the cost groups of DIN 276.
