Cost Group 500

Cost group 500 appears within the framework of cost calculation according to the German norm DIN 276. It covers the costs of construction work and supplies for the production of all terrain and traffic areas, building structures and technical facilities outside the building. At the second level, cost group 500 includes ground areas, paved areas, and building construction in outdoor areas.

The costs determined with the EPIQR process can also be evaluated according to the cost groups of DIN 276.
