Forecast Simulation

Needs-oriented maintenance planning requires, first of all, reliable information about the actual state of the most important elements of a building. From this, the necessary measures can also be derived in the next step. But how can a meaningful prioritization of these measures be achieved? The forecast simulation supports the selection of measures by making the state and also cost development of real estate predictable.

All results of the forecast simulation are graphically presented for a better overview. Accordingly, the cost of measures per period, the defined budget limits and the development of the actual state (depth of engagement) with and without measures are also very easy to read. The forecast simulation thus supports the prioritization and temporal allocation of the various measures.
