In accordance with the German Condominium Act, maintenance reserves are to be formed for the long-term preservation of residential properties. In this context, it is important to be able to gauge the costs that will accrue in the coming years. A budget planning tool allows long-term planning regarding the reserves that are necessary for maintenance measures. But first of all the buildings` actual state has to be known. With the so-called EPIQR process this can be assessed objectively and comparatively fast and also easily.
