Measures in the Standard Services Book

The standard services book for the building trade is prepared on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety. It supports real estate owners with the tendering and also contracting of maintenance measures. For this purpose, the book provides standard texts with unit prices. These include, for example, masonry and roofing work but also communication and hazard detection systems. Measures determined using the building analysis can also be assessed according to the measures standard services book.
