Package of Measures

A package of measures consists of individual measures that are necessary for the repair or also improvement of the respective element. Those measures are bundled in a technically sensible way. For example, we look at the element type wooden window frames. If those are in condition “C”, this means that there is considerable wear and tear. The necesarry measures include internal and external painting of the window frame and also the installation of sealing in the window seams.
