It is necessary to keep data on the structural state of existing buildings up to date. For example, after carrying out planned maintenance measures, the changes in the state of elements need to be recorded. But there are also changes taking place in the constructional condition of buildings. Therefore, stocktaking of real estate should also be carried out in regular intervals. This is called periodic recording of real estate data. Using the EPIQR process, a recurring assessment process can be implemented with reasonable effort.
