Preventive Maintenance
Real estate is a long-lived economic asset. For this reason preventive maintenance is indispensible in order to prevent a maintenance backlog. Because this can later also lead to excessive maintenance costs. However, older buildings typically do not have digital and/ or current floor plans. Accordingly, evaluating the structural state and also identifying costs for repairs is often very time-consuming. The software for real estate evaluation thus uses a method based on the pareto principle. This is very efficient and helps to facilitate preventive maintenance.
