Sneakpreview at the INservFM

Munich, 11.12.2017: The CalCon Group grants visitors to INservFM 2018 an exclusive look at a new software generation for efficient real estate management.

“At INservFM we are giving the public for the time an insight into our latest development,” announces Sigrid Niemeier, CEO of CalCon Deutschland AG. “With epiqr®, we have been driving forward the digitization of the real estate industry for years. With our new software generation, it is now even easier to use it`s advantages for a future-oriented development of stock. Thereby we not only rely on state-of-the-art technology and smart data, but also, for example, on individually customizable surfaces. In addition to the operational activities, this particularly supports the strategic and tactical control of the maintenance process.”

The Sneakpreview „Bestandsmanagement der nächsten Generation: Digital, vernetzt, mobil“ will take place at the 28th of February at 10.15 at the Messeforum. But of course there is also the opportunity to find out about the software innovation at the booth of the CalCon Group, D 39.

In addition, the CalCon Group is represented among the speakers of the INservFM Congress. In the session “FM in the public domain”, Cornelia Blick from the CalCon Ingenieurgesellschaft deals with a field that is often neglected in resource management: outdoor facilites. Here, too, objective information is necessary in order to be able to assess risks and to use the existing budget as needed. This lecture shows how these can be captured practically and efficiently with the epiqr® process:
